Pricing guide · Updated Sep 19, 2026

Metricool pricing is simple until you need approvals, clients or API access.

The key breakpoint is not Free versus paid. It is Starter versus Advanced. Starter handles publishing and reporting; Advanced is where agency collaboration, approvals, client management and API access begin.

Fast answerIf you manage up to 10 brands and work mostly alone, Starter is the natural paid plan. If clients or teammates need approvals, roles, customizable reports, Looker Studio or API access, start at Advanced.

What Free actually gives you

Free is enough to learn the product: one brand, up to 20 scheduled posts per month, 30 days of analytics, the AI assistant and Metricool MCP. It does not include LinkedIn or X/Twitter connections, so it is not a realistic long-term agency plan.

Starter is the solo-operator plan

Starter removes the tight publishing and analytics limits, adds LinkedIn, PDF/PPT reporting and unlimited analytics history, and scales to 5 or 10 brands. It is best when one person runs the workflow and clients do not need to approve posts inside Metricool.

Advanced is the agency breakpoint

Advanced adds team and client management, role management, post approvals, customizable report templates, Looker Studio and the Metricool API. Those are not minor extras: they change who can participate in the workflow and what you can automate outside Metricool.

Custom is mainly about white label and enterprise needs

Metricool reserves full White Label for Custom. If your agency needs its own branding across the product rather than branded reports alone, public fixed pricing stops here and you need a sales quote.
