What is actually white-labeled?
| Tool | Reports | Approval emails / portal | Dashboard / domain | Published availability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Postrivio | Client reports | Agency name, logo and sender on approval emails | Not marketed as a fully rebranded dashboard | Agency $360/mo monthly |
| Sendible | Custom branded reports on Premium | White-label system emails | Logo, colours and custom domain with White Label | White Label is a paid add-on on Elite/Enterprise |
| SocialPilot | White-label reports on Premium | Client approval supported | Advanced White Label on Ultimate | Premium $100/mo monthly; Ultimate $200/mo monthly |
| Metricool | Agency reporting features | Not the key published differentiator | Full White Label | Custom plan; contact sales |
Best full white-label platform: Sendible
Sendible's dedicated white-label product lets agencies apply their own logo, colours and domain, and customize system-generated emails. That is meaningfully different from simply exporting a PDF with your logo.
Best lower-cost white-label reports: SocialPilot
SocialPilot Premium publicly lists both client approval and white-label reports. Ultimate adds Advanced White Label. For agencies whose client-facing need is mostly reports rather than a completely rebranded app, this is easier to budget.
Best branded approval experience: Postrivio
Postrivio's Agency plan publishes white-label approval emails plus a branded client approval link, along with client reports. It is useful when the moment that needs branding is review and approval rather than daily client login to a re-skinned dashboard.
Best enterprise/custom branding: Metricool
Metricool says full White Label is available on its Custom plan. Public fixed pricing is not shown, so it is harder to compare without a sales quote.
Do not pay for “white label” until you define the surface
- Reports only: branded PDFs or exports may be enough.
- Approvals: brand the emails and links clients see every week.
- Client portal: clients should see your brand when logging in.
- Reselling: you may need your own domain, colours, logo and packaging controls.
